Power Blueberry Smoothie Recipe

This Power Blueberry Smoothie is an easy (and delicious!) smoothie full of antioxidants. The tartness of blueberries, the creaminess of bananas, and spinach make for a wonderfully balanced taste. The added chia seeds, flaxseed meal, and optional protein powder provide an extra boost of nutrients for a well-rounded drink.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 cup spinach - packed
  • 1 cup almond milk - unsweetened
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 scoop protein powder - optional

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend everything until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy your delicious drink!
